Update OTL

  • Update shaping logic for two-root words in Hudum, e.g. <b, a, y, a, n, ZWJ, oe, n, d, oe, r>.
  • Fix OTL for Manchu Ali Gali <ng, e> and <sbm, e>.
  • Fix OTL for Manchu Ali Gali ligature <..., g, e>, <..., gh, e>.
  • Copy OTL from rclt to calt to support low version of shaping engine that only reads calt.

We are going to make a major revsion on the OTL soon, because we find it difficult to merge the code for seven writing systems by listing them.
We can pass these minor changes first.
